Explicit Consent Text

1. Purpose

This Explicit Consent Text has been prepared to obtain the EXPLICIT CONSENT of the users of the akillitasima.com Platform operated by Akıllı Taşıma (hereinafter the "COMPANY") for the processing of their personal data for the purposes stated below, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce.

2. Data Processed Under Explicit Consent

• Identity data (name, surname / trade name)
• Contact data (phone, e-mail)

Apart from the above, behavioural data (viewed listings, search history, click tracking, etc.) is not processed by the COMPANY; no profiling is carried out. Therefore the scope of the explicit consent below is limited to the sending of commercial electronic messages and satisfaction surveys.

3. Scope of Your Explicit Consent

You may approve or reject each of the items below separately. By giving your approval, you give explicit consent to the processing of your personal data within that scope:

3.1. Commercial Electronic Messages

I give my explicit consent to the COMPANY sending me commercial electronic messages (SMS, e-mail, push notification) containing campaigns, discounts, new feature announcements, promotional and marketing content. These messages are sent only on behalf of the COMPANY; no advertising or promotional messages are sent on behalf of third parties.

3.2. Satisfaction Surveys

I give my explicit consent to the processing of my name, surname and contact details within the COMPANY so that I can be included in surveys, feedback requests and customer satisfaction studies aimed at improving service quality.

4. Withdrawal of Explicit Consent

4.1. You have the right to withdraw your explicit consent, in whole or in part, at any time.

4.2. Requests to withdraw explicit consent can be made through the following channels:

• From the My Account > Communication Preferences menu on the Platform,
• Via the "Unsubscribe" / "I do not accept" link in the commercial electronic messages sent to you,
• By sending a written request to info@akillitasima.com,
• By withdrawing your commercial electronic message consent via İYS (Message Management System - https://iys.org.tr).

4.3. Withdrawal of explicit consent does not affect processing activities carried out before the date of withdrawal. Processing is stopped within a reasonable time after the withdrawal request is received.

5. If Explicit Consent Is Not Given

If explicit consent is not given:

• Your use of the basic Platform services (posting listings, making offers, reaching an agreement, paying commission) is not affected. Legal grounds other than explicit consent apply to these activities.
• Only the marketing and profiling activities listed above cannot be carried out.

6. Approval

Limited to the item(s) I have ticked above, I declare that I give my explicit consent, of my own free will and having been informed, to the processing of my personal data for the stated purposes within the scope of KVKK art. 5/1 and art. 9 and art. 6 of Law No. 6563. I also acknowledge that I have been informed that I can use the basic services of the Platform without giving explicit consent.
